TECHNOPLAN Chamfer sealing profiles

Our clamping sealing profiles are used to seal formwork panels and enable precise and clean chamfering of precast concrete elements.

For this purpose, the sealing profiles are simply placed on the formwork panels and held in place by a clamping chamfer. The sealing material is resistant to formwork oil, impact- and break-resistant, highly elastic, has excellent sealing properties and a long service life.

for shuttering panels (21 mm)

These sealing profiles are available for heated formwork (material PE) and unheated formwork (material PVC) with formwork panels of a thickness of 21 mm.

The upper edge of the clamping profile is designed as a prestressed sealing lip and creates an elastic seal against leakage of concrete slurry. The clamping joint is inclined inwards so that the formwork panels are clamped. As a result, the profile rests against the formwork sheet and a dead-straight formwork edge is produced.

The formwork joints are sealed by the flexible sealing lip even if the formwork should open slightly. Due to the high elasticity, sealing is ensured even if grains of sand or stillage should sit between the bevel clamping profile and the formwork surface.

These sealing profiles are available for heated formwork (material PE) and unheated formwork (material PVC) with formwork sheets of a thickness of 5 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm.

The upper and lower edges of the clamping profile are designed as a sealing lip and act as an elastic seal to prevent concrete slurry from leaking out.

The sealing profile is held securely and evenly on the formwork sheet by the deep groove. This results in a dead-straight formwork edge. Due to the high elasticity, a seal is ensured even if grains of sand or stillage should sit between the bevel clamping profile and the formwork surface.

These sealing profiles are only available for unheated formwork (material PE) with an integrated 10 mm groove.

The sealing profile is inserted positively into the groove of the formwork panel with the sealing bead pointing outwards. The bead as an elastic seal prevents concrete slurry from leaking out.

The profile is held securely in the groove and allows clean sharp-edged sealing of the formwork panels without chamfer. Due to the high elasticity, sealing is ensured even if grains of sand or stillage should get between the sealing profile and the formwork surface.
