BETA Massive Formwork BMS is a system for the production of solid concrete elements. The system consists of formwork beams as well as the supplementary elements Primus A, for short straight formwork areas, and Primus E, for the formation of inner corners. The formwork parts are used to hold formwork boards of the required length and height on site.
Numerous lengths and heights in steel or aluminium
BMS formwork beams are available in lengths of 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000, 6,000 mm and heights of 95, 145, 195, 245, 295, 345, 395, 495 mm and are made of steel (waxed), galvanised steel or aluminium as required.
Can be used on steel and wood
Special box magnets of the type BBM are used for fixing on the formwork surface. If concrete elements are to be produced in series, the use of flap holders for the magnets is recommended, which makes it possible to remove the formwork without detaching the magnets from the formwork surface.
We offer wooden adapters for fixing to wooden formwork surfaces. Additional accessories, such as clamps and profile connectors, make the BETA Massiv formwork a flexible and versatile tool for the production of precast concrete parts.
