Concrete skip BKBK 05 / 0.5 m³

BETA BK Concrete skips, concrete distributors and concrete silos are designed for rapid and secure transportation and for precise dosing. The square shape with a straight discharge is often used in precast concrete plants, but also on construction sites. The stable series is suitable for heavy use and achieves long operating times. Concrete silos of the BETA BK series are available in sizes from 500 to 4,000 kg. The size of the diescharge also varies depending on the volume.

Crane stop

The concrete silo is usually moved by crane. A foldable bracket is fitted as standard for this purpose. For easier filling, the silo can alternatively be supplied with a stable external traverse. Due to the significant reduction in height, the internal traverse is recommended for indoor use.

Discharge

The concrete silo is equipped with a single segmented closure as standard. A dual segment discharge or a slider are optionally available. All available lock types have a motorized drive.

Agitator

In order to ensure a homogeneous consistency and an even flow of concrete, we also recommend equipping it with a motorized agitator - designed as a spiked roller or transport screw.

Control

In the basic version, the motorized components are operated using buttons on the silo. Safety and ease of use increase with an optional wired control unit (length 3 m) or with a radio remote control.

Power supply

Power is supplied via a 400 V CEE 16 A plug. For use with large movement radii or on the construction site, we recommend equipping it with a rechargeable battery.

Forklift mount

For safe transport by forklift, two foot profiles are designed as forklift mounts (tine dimensions max. 180 x 80 mm).

Special solutions

On request, we can supply concrete silos and concrete buckets according to your specifications, e.g. with Hardox lining, external vibrators, hydraulic drives, special paintwork, as a galvanized version and in all common geometries. Ask us!

Scope of delivery

The scope of delivery includes the operating instructions with safety instructions, the CE declaration of conformity and the test reports in electronic form. "Made in Germany" - BETA concrete silos offer the highest quality, are processed to a high standard and painted with a robust 1-component paint in the color RAL 7037 (dusty grey), bracket or crossbeam in RAL 2004 (pure orange). Other colors are possible on request. Our trusses are delivered by a forwarding agent.
