The BETA cross formwork BQS is a system for the production of slab elements.
The formwork profiles are made of HDPE in widths of 145 or 200 mm. The profile height is 70 mm. The length is manufactured to the millimetre, from 2,000 to 3,000 mm.
The extruded HDPE basic profile is provided with reinforcement slots or corrugations according to your specifications. The head ends are designed as required, straight or with a 7° bevel and with or without chamfer.
Various options are available for fastening to the production pallet: Grid plates at the ends or holding magnets. Matching magnets (BML, BUM, BBM) can be ordered at the same time. Alternatively, we can mill recesses for your existing magnets in the bottom of the profile.
