The BETA Circulating formwork BUS (without magnets) is used for the production of element slabs and double walls, as longitudinal and transverse formwork. The formwork bodies consist of precisely manufactured steel profiles.

Different heights and widths available

The profiles are available in widths of 60, 65, 70 mm and heights of 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95 and 100 mm. We produce the length to the millimetre, from 480 to 4,000 mm.

Ends and chamfers as required

Depending on requirements, the profiles are equipped with chamfers at the bottom - on one side, on both sides or without chamfers. The design of the head ends is also according to choice, straight or with 7° bevel as well as with or without chamfer.

Equipment and accessories

For safe storage, the formwork elements are equipped with holders for storage racks at both ends, if required. In addition, we offer the equipment with robot fixtures, the design of which is adapted to your system.

For safe fixing on the production pallet, circulation magnets of the BUM series are used. The profiles are simply slipped over the magnets previously positioned on the pallet. In order to enable a clean connection of several formwork profiles in longitudinal direction, additional overturning profiles are available as accessories.
