TECHNOPLAN and BETA united under one roof

Monday, 11.01.2021

Two manufacturers of precast concrete technology, TECHNOPLAN from Jessen and BETA from Heringen, define the industry standards with their formwork systems and have maintained a close partnership in the development of modular moulds for precast concrete parts over many years. Now the cooperation is becoming a permanent unit.

On 1 January 2021, the managing directors Frank Schüler, TECHNOPLAN, and André Koehn, BETA, signed the contract for the complete merger of both product lines with sales, development and production under the roof of BETA Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG. Precast concrete factories and customers in the field of concrete construction and civil engineering will thus be offered the complete range of steel moulds with process consulting and service.

TECHNOPLAN system technology

  • Column formwork with foundation base
  • Binder formwork
  • Bridge beam formwork
  • TT slab formwork
  • Angle element formwork
  • Stair formwork
  • Railway sleeper forms

BETA precast concrete technology

  • Tilting tables and circulating pallets
  • Shutters and magnets
  • 3D and panel moulds
  • Pipe and shaft moulds
  • Container moulds
  • Spun concrete moulds
  • Concrete skips, heavy-duty carriages, traverses

BETA already has a great experience as a manufacturer of TECHNOPLAN products. In particular, the modular system moulds for binders, bridge girders, supports, foundation bases and TT slabs have already been manufactured in the Heringen and Hofheim plants. Important steps have now been taken towards further technical development, automated production of all products and international marketing.

Frank Schüler and Sebastian Hoyer stand together as a team for the excellent performance and quality of the products. The technical know-how and sales resources of TECHNOPLAN and BETA are therefore bundled so that the precast concrete plants in Germany and abroad receive excellent support. The design department will adapt and coordinate the products to individual customer requirements at lightning speed. Through joint production planning, the existing capacities are used highly effectively and expanded with pinpoint accuracy.

The merger creates decisive advantages for the customers of both partners. Precast concrete plants receive comprehensive product and process consulting from a single source. Logistics and customer service are shared, which further increases availability. The joint administration results in time and cost advantages. The headquarters in Heringen/Thuringia is very conveniently located in terms of transport, almost in the geographical centre of Germany and Europe.

We now stand together to ensure that precast concrete plants are optimally equipped.
