This crane lifting beam is particularly suitable for lifting precast concrete elements (e.g. double walls, frames or room cells) as well as other flat loads. Due to the large number of attachment points, the stress on the lifted components is particularly low.
Even objects with attachment points at different heights can be safely lifted thanks to the load hooks on the compensation chains. If not all load hooks are to be used, the load chain can be shortened using a claw and the excess chain can be stowed in the chain bag. In addition, the swivel-mounted deflection rollers also enable a limited positive or negative diagonal pull, depending on the sling.
This lifting beam is available as standard in the sizes 2x2 to 8x4 m, with a load limit of 1,000 to 20,000 kg. Individual dimensions, higher load limits and other equipment features are available on request.
Depending on the equipment selected, the crane is attached using the central crane attachment or suitable chains for single or double crane operation. Appropriate forklift mounts are available for transporting the lifting beam or for use with a forklift truck. The lifting beam can optionally be set down on fixed feet or removable telescopic feet.
