TT slab formwork
The hydraulic TT slab formwork serves as the basic system for the production of TT slabs, trough slabs, bar elements and T-girders, with and without pre-stressing.
High-quality hydraulic cylinders are used for opening and closing. The ribbed flank elements are mounted in joints and their inclination can be adjusted with setting devices. Cross and height-adjustable devices are provided for floor height adjustment.

MTT
TT-formwork MTT
The multifunctional hydraulic mold can be used for the production of TT slabs and trough slabs, but also as a twin mold for bar sections and T-girders. The transitions mirror to rib flanks are sharp-edged in this design and allow the production of bar parts and T-girders in addition to TT slabs.
High-quality hydraulic cylinders are used for opening and closing the molds. Locking block valves with safety function prevent unintentional opening due to incorrect operation or in the event of a leak in the hydraulic system. The integrated synchronization control ensures excellent synchronous and parallel running of the side parts. The hydraulic piping is mounted separately from the formwork and thus protected against vibration.
The ribbed flank elements are mounted in joints and their inclination can be adjusted by setting devices. In the split-core design, one half of the core is coupled to the outer mold and moved hydraulically to change the rib spacing.
The mirror is built on site from 21 mm formwork panels or prefabricated steel panels for a standard program. Cross and height-adjustable devices are provided for floor height adjustment.

MTV
TT-formwork MTV
The modular TT formwork MTV with universal application possibilities allows the production of different pre-stressed precast concrete elements with the highest quality requirements.
Types:
MTV-U - reducible center core, vertical rib flanks
MTV - fixed center core, inclined rib flanks
The design is capable of absorbing prestressing forces, eliminating the need for expensive post-tensioning foundations. Sharp-edged, dimensionally accurate transitions between ribs and transom and the swivel mechanism, for inclining the rib flanks, allow alternative use as a bar section or girder formwork. This increases the occupancy intensity and the degree of utilization.
The integrated hydraulic system allows fast opening and closing, as well as changing the cross-section of the core, by radio remote control. The floor height can also be adjusted hydraulically.
