TECHNOPLAN Girder formwork

Universally applicable girder formwork for the production of gable roof girders and parallel girders of various designs, also with reinforced end supports. The formwork has individual height and inclination settings and will be manufactured in the required length.

Girder formwork MBS + TBS

Universally applicable truss formwork for the production of gable roof girders and parallel girders of various designs with individual height and inclination settings. For girders with reinforced end supports, cove modules are available in any grid lengths.

Depending on the type and on request, the adjusting mechanism is either designed with lifting screws and pinion jacks (type: TBS) or with hydraulic cylinders (type: MBS). The upper belts are secured for the adjustment work and rest freely in the belt consoles. No crane is required for the entire adjustment! High-quality hydraulic cylinders are used for opening and closing the formwork system. Closing and opening is done by a hand-held radio transmitter.

The standard production height is 2.0 m. Depending on the requirements, setting heights of up to 3.0 m are possible. The girder formwork system is manufactured in the required length.

In this design, the side parts are moved by overhead crane. The top chords are hooked into the chord supports and can be continuously adjusted in height and inclination via spindles in the lifting supports.

The formwork area between the top and bottom chords is filled either with 21 mm formwork panels or optionally with prefabricated steel panels for a standard truss program. Functional assembly plug-in devices facilitate and accelerate these formwork-related operations.

The girder formwork system is manufactured to the required length as needed. Typically, a 16.0 m core length is equipped with 4.0 + 2.0 m elements that can be dismantled on both sides. A standard length of 36.5 m in total has proven to be optimal.

The standard production height is 2.0 m. Depending on the requirements, however, installation heights of up to 3.5 m are also possible.

Girder formwork - automated – MBA

This automated forming system allows the efficient production of parallel and gable roof girders with different heights and inclinations.

The automated girder formwork is a self-driving system in which the formwork sides are moved independently of each other on two tracks, to the right and left of the tensioning track.

In a cycle of 4 to 5 hours, girders or other bar elements are produced one after the other in a tensioning track. The prestressing wires and reinforcement are already prepared on the continuous formwork floor.
