Mould for slot drain channels
The variable slot drain mould from BETA enables the production of concrete slot drain elements in various sizes and geometries with maximum precision and a long service life.
By simply replacing or adjusting the components, the channels can be manufactured in different heights (300 to 1,200 mm), widths (300 to 1,000 mm) and lengths (up to 4,000 mm). The cores and front panels containung the channel connections are also interchangeable, so that common pipe profiles such as round, oval, egg-shaped or kite-shaped can be produced with this mould. The slot arrangement can also be flexibly customised.
For efficient demoulding, the mould is lifted and rotated using the appropriate lifting and turning beam. Adjustable side walls and shrinkable cores also make it easier to remove the concrete elements from the mould without damage.

Dimensions
The length (standard 4,000 mm) can be reduced by using stops. The height (300 to 1,200 mm) is modified by adjusting shelves and the width (300 to 1,000 mm) by adjusting side panels and replacing shelves.
Channel profiles
Whether round, oval, egg-shaped or kite-shaped - different inner profiles with or without inclination and different element transitions can be realised by using suitable mould cores and end cassettes.
Gutter & slots
By using appropriate mould bases or slot modules, different inlet contours (with or without inclination) and slot dimensions or slot divisions can be realised.
Front panels
The front panels with contours for the ends of the concrete elements can be opened up for demoulding. Replacement with other front panels is also quick and easy.
Side panels
Depending on the design of the slot drain channel, the side panels can be straight or conical. The side panels can be optionally tilted for easy demoulding.
Shelves
The shelves are mechanically height-adjustable. They give the slot drain channel its upper contour (straight or with an inlet slope) and accommodate the conical inserts for the inlet slots.
Mould cores
Depending on the desired internal profile of the slot drian, matching mould cores are used, straight or with a slope. The cores can be mechanically narrowed for easy demoulding.
Vibration technology
Our moulds are generally suitable for all types of concrete. For optimum compaction, the mould can be equipped with external vibrators and a suitable control system.
Lifting and turning beam
The mould can be moved safely and quickly or turned for demoulding and cleaning with the help of the turning beam. One beam can be used alternately for several moulds.

Demoulding
Open front panels, expand side walls and lift the mould.
Cleaning
Move off and clean the mould.
