Beam section and foundation base formwork

TECHNOPLAN

Beam section formwork

The hydraulic beam section formwork system can be used to produce columns, beams, joists and V-purlins.

The column formworks are used to produce precast elements with variable height, length and width. Shuttering panels in the hang-in roll method allow to form brackets at any position.

The hydraulic foundation base formwork can be used for all common foundation base sizes and is very solid dimensioned because of the high hydrostatic forces that occur during concreting. The foundation base formwork rests with the moving and clamping hydraulics on the plain bearing of the base assembly. The mobile headwall is equipped with a flanged roller chassis with anti-tilt device. The whole technology is optimized for fast and easy shuttering and striking.

The multifunctional column formwork MSS is used for the production of columns, beams, downstand beams and V-purlins. The continuously adjustable side wall elements of the MODUL system are covered with 8 mm formwork sheets or formwork timber.

Panels in the hang-in roll method ensure grid-free side walls. This makes it possible to form brackets at any position. For this purpose, a bracket module is inserted between the set-up side walls.

All shuttering panels can be exchanged, moved, shifted and combined with each other. The forms can also be used as TT forms by means of supplementary modules.

Features & Advantages

  • Production of columns, beams, joists and V-purlins
  • Continuously adjustable side wall elements
  • Side walls for 8 mm formwork timber or formwork sheets
  • Shuttering panels using the grid-free hang-in roll method
  • Formwork panels interchangeable, relocatable, displaceable, combinablear

Available designs

  • MSS I - extendable on one side
  • MSS II - extendable on both sides
  • MSS III - twin version

The hydraulic bar part formwork is a universal system for the production of all types of bar parts and supports in a modular system. Formwork heights and opening widths, as well as total and individual lengths, can be freely selected. The side formwork is moved by automatically locking hydraulic cylinders.

Due to the complete grid freedom of this system, the formwork props can be continuously moved on the transfer platforms, removed or exchanged. The mounting rail system naturally permits the assembly of a wide variety of individual formwork elements made of steel or wood.

The planking of the side parts consists either of 21 mm formwork panels or of prefabricated formwork sheets. The panels can be replaced at any time.

For special concrete compaction requirements, we supply formwork supports with integrated vibrators. The hydraulic piping is mounted separately from the formwork and thus vibration-proof.

Features & Advantages

  • For production of bar parts and supports of all kinds
  • Grid-free for variable component sizes and shapes
  • Planking with formwork panels or formwork sheeting possible
  • Planking can be exchanged at any time
  • Supports with integrated vibrators available
  • Moving side parts by hydraulic cylinders

The formwork is dimensioned for high hydrostatic forces and offers safety reserves for all occurring foundation footing sizes. The technology has been optimized for fast and easy shuttering and striking. Due to different column shapes, the FFS - foundation base formwork will be adapted to the respective system.

The head walls are secured to the tensioning beam with a stable swivel anchor and tensioned with a screw. The tensioning of the head walls with the back wall is done via the hydraulics of the base assembly and via two pieces of swiveling tensioning anchors that are latched into tensioning forks of the main longitudinal beams.

The mobile headwall units are equipped with a flanged roller running gear with anti-tilt device and move in the track of the floor units. The head formwork walls are connected to the movable formwork platforms or side formwork of the column form. The two halves of the head wall are slightly conical and therefore separate easily from the foot precast element.

The foot formwork wall, a stable welded steel construction, rests on the slide bearing of the base assembly and is moved hydraulically. The cylinders are used for demolding, for setting different base sizes, and for bracing the base formwork wall. All cylinders are protected against premature pressure drop.

The hydraulic system allows the opening and closing of the foot-formwork wall, the stepless adjustment to different foot sizes and the automatic tensioning of the formwork. The variable opening (core cross-section of the supports) between the two head walls is closed on site with formwork panels.

Features & Advantages

  • Solid dimensioned welded steel construction
  • Suitable for all common foundation base sizes
  • Adjustment of the mold width by hydraulics
  • Optimized for quick and easy shuttering and demolding
  • Mobile head formwork walls with flanged rollers and anti-tilt device
  • Hydraulically movable - opening/closing, adjustment, bracing
  • Hydraulic cylinder protected against premature pressure drop
