Mould for jacking pipes
Solid formwork and magnets
The pipes are lengthened by an additional form segment that is screwed under the main form. A shortening is realized by raising the lower socket with the help of pipe supports.
Production of Dehner pre-pipes and post-pipes (for intermediate press stations):We supply a jacket insert for partial reduction of the outer diameter on the pre-pipe, adjustable feet for the shell formwork and a sealing ring for the steel sleeve on the post-pipe.
When selecting the platform with rails, the mould will be made in two parts.
For reasons of stability, a sheet thickness of 6 mm is only recommended for pipes with an outer diameter of up to 1,500 mm.
Anchor sockets can be customized according to customer requirements.
Due to space limitations, a ladder in the core formwork is only possible from a pipe inner diameter of 1,200 mm.
